The NSCSA240 is a high-precise, bidirectional current sense amplifer than can measure voltage drops across shunt resistors over a widecommon mode range from -4 V to 80 V,independent of the supply voltage. The high-precision current measurement is achieved through acombination of low ofset voltage (+5 yV typical), mall gain eror (0.05%, typical) and a high DC CMRR (135 dB, typical). The NSCSA240 isdesigned for high voltage, bidirectional measurements in switching systems that see large common-mode voltage transients at the device'sinputs. The enhanced PWl rejecion circuitry inside the NSCSA240 ensures minimal signal disturbance at the output due to the commonmode voltage transitions at the input.
